A. Cancellation Policy

Introduction
Consumers are entitled to a right of cancellation under the following conditions. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly neither be attributed to their commercial nor their self-employed professional activity.

Right of Cancellation
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (Abdulkader Sayed Ali, Worthstr 2, 58511 Lüdenscheid, Germany, Tel.: +49 176 23846193, E-mail: Service@bazzary.de) by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or e-mail) of your decision to cancel this contract. You may use the attached sample cancellation form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery (except for any additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Premature Expiry of the Right of Cancellation
The right of cancellation expires prematurely for contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal was removed after delivery.

The right of cancellation expires prematurely for contracts for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery.

Linked/Financed Transactions
If you finance this contract through a loan and later cancel it, you are also no longer bound to the loan contract if both contracts form an economic unit. This is particularly the case if we are your lender or if your lender uses our cooperation to finance the transaction. If the loan has already been received by us at the time of the cancellation or return, your lender assumes our rights and obligations under the financed contract with respect to you. This does not apply if the present contract concerns the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g., securities, foreign exchange or derivatives).

If you want to avoid a contractual commitment as far as possible, exercise your right of cancellation and also cancel the loan agreement if you have a right of cancellation for that as well.

General Information

  1. Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. Please return the goods in the original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to provide adequate protection against damage during transport.
  2. Please do not return the goods freight collect.
  3. Please note that the above points 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of cancellation.
