Shipping Method
We ship our products via dropshipping – your order is shipped directly from our warehouse partners or suppliers (e.g. from Spain or other EU countries) to your delivery address.
Delivery Areas
We deliver within Germany and to most EU countries. If your country is not available at checkout, feel free to contact us.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Germany: approx. 2–6 business days
- EU countries: approx. 2–7 business days
⚠️ Please note: A minimum delay of 2 business days may occur due to preparation time. In some cases, additional delays can happen due to public holidays, weekends, strikes, or high order volumes. We kindly ask for your understanding.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and forwarded to our suppliers within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 1–3 days for the tracking link to become active.
