1) Scope of Application

1.1 These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “GTC”) of Abdulkader Sayed Ali (hereinafter “Seller”) apply to all contracts for the delivery of goods concluded between a consumer or business customer (hereinafter “Customer”) and the Seller via the Seller’s online shop. Any conflicting terms by the Customer are not recognized unless otherwise agreed.

1.2 These GTC also apply to contracts for goods with digital elements, whereby the Seller is responsible for delivering the physical goods as well as associated digital content or digital services.

1.3 The GTC also apply to physical data carriers that solely serve to deliver digital content.

1.4 The GTC also apply to contracts for the delivery of vouchers.

1.5 The GTC also apply to the provision of license keys for digital products.

1.6 A “consumer” is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly are outside their trade, business, or profession.

1.7 A “business customer” is any person or entity acting in the course of their commercial or professional activity.


2) Conclusion of the Contract

2.1 The product descriptions in the Seller’s online shop are non-binding and do not constitute binding offers.

2.2 The Customer can submit a binding offer via the online order form. By completing the checkout process and clicking the final order button, the Customer submits a binding offer to purchase the items in the cart.

2.3 The Seller may accept the Customer’s offer within five days by:

  • sending a written or electronic order confirmation,
  • dispatching the ordered goods,
  • or requesting payment.

2.4 For PayPal payments, the contract is concluded when the Customer clicks the final payment button.

2.5 The contract text is saved and sent to the Customer by email after the order. Registered users may access their order in their account area.

2.6 Before finalizing the order, the Customer can correct entries using the usual keyboard and mouse functions.

2.7 The contract is concluded in the German language.

2.8 Communication and order processing are done via email.

2.9 For orders of alcohol, the Customer confirms being of legal drinking age.

2.10 For age-restricted media (e.g., FSK/USK 18), age verification is required.


3) Right of Withdrawal

3.1 Consumers generally have a right of withdrawal.
3.2 Detailed information can be found in the Seller’s cancellation policy.


4) Prices and Payment Terms

4.1 Prices include all applicable taxes. As a small business, the Seller is exempt from VAT. Additional shipping costs may apply.

4.2 Available payment methods are shown during checkout.

4.3 For prepayment by bank transfer, payment is due immediately after contract conclusion.

4.4 For PayPal payments, PayPal may assign receivables to third-party services and perform credit checks.

4.5 For “SOFORT” payments, Customers must have an eligible online banking account.

4.6 Payments via “Mollie” are processed through Mollie B.V., Netherlands.

4.7 Payments via “Ratepay” are processed through Ratepay GmbH, Berlin.

4.8 Stripe Payments are processed via Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., Ireland.

4.9 For credit card payments via Stripe, payment is due immediately upon contract conclusion. Stripe may perform a credit check.

4.10 For Klarna payments, processing is handled by Klarna Bank AB, Sweden.

5) Delivery and Shipping Conditions

5.1 Delivery is made to the shipping address provided by the Customer.
5.2 If delivery fails due to Customer fault, they may be liable for additional costs.
5.3 For business Customers, risk transfers upon handover to the carrier.
5.4 If items are unavailable, the Customer will be informed, and any payments refunded.

5.5 Self-collection is not possible.

5.6 Vouchers are delivered via email.

5.7 License keys are delivered:

  • On screen
  • Via email

6) Granting of Usage Rights for License Keys

6.1 The license key grants usage rights for the digital product as described.
6.2 Rights are granted only after full payment.


7) Retention of Title

Goods remain the property of the Seller until paid in full.


8) Liability for Defects (Warranty)

8.1 For business Customers:

  • One-year warranty for new goods
  • No warranty for used goods
    8.2 Exceptions apply to intentional wrongdoing, updates, etc.

8.4 Business Customers must comply with § 377 HGB inspection obligations.


9) Liability

9.1 Seller is fully liable for:

  • Intent or gross negligence
  • Injury to life, body, or health
  • Product liability

9.2 For negligent breach of key obligations, liability is limited to foreseeable damages.

9.3 Otherwise, liability is excluded.


10) Redemption of Promotional Vouchers

  • Valid only within the stated period.
  • Cannot be redeemed retroactively or in cash.
  • Non-transferable.
  • May not apply to all products.

11) Redemption of Gift Vouchers

  • Valid for 3 years from the end of the purchase year.
  • Only redeemable in the online shop.
  • Cannot be redeemed for other vouchers.

12) Applicable Law

German law applies. For consumers, this applies only if it doesn’t restrict mandatory rights of the country of residence.


13) Alternative Dispute Resolution

The Seller is not obliged or willing to participate in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board.
