Refund and Returns Policy
1. Right to Return (EU Customers)
Customers within the EU have the legal right to return products within 14 days after receiving the goods – without providing a reason.
To request a return, simply contact us via email at service@bazzary.de within 14 days after delivery. Please include your order number and the reason for the return (optional).
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, please make sure:
- The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
- All accessories, manuals, and labels are included
- The item must be shipped back within 14 days of your return request approval
Items that are customized or made to order are excluded from returns.
3. Who Pays for Return Shipping?
Return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer, unless:
- The product was damaged or incorrect
- There is a legal right to free return (e.g. defect or wrong delivery)
Returns must be sent to the address provided by our support team, which may vary depending on the supplier.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method.
Refunds include the item cost but exclude original shipping charges, unless otherwise required by law.
5. Delays or Lost Returns
We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
